Product returns

If you wish to return part or all of your order, this can be done within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

In order to proceed with the change process we would ask that you first contact us.

  • Changes accepted as long as the product has not been worn and is in its original condition.
  • Can be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value than the purchase of the product.

The change of products has costs of €5 (concerns the transport costs of the change) which are borne by the customer.

Returns on earrings are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

Defective product

In case you receive a defective product (e.g. damage during transport), contact us on +30 698 9438575 or via email info@constantiabrand.com as soon as you receive the package and we will inform you about how to replace it at no charge to you.

Money return

In case you want a refund, you have the possibility to do so within 14 days from the day you receive your order. To proceed with the return process, please contact us first

  • Returns are accepted as long as the product has not been worn and is in its original condition.
  • Once we have been contacted and informed about the refund. Please send the package back to us with the company Geniki taxydromiki or ELTA courier, with whom we cooperate, and with a recipient’s fee. (In the event that you wish to send the parcel with a different company, you are responsible for all shipping costs, otherwise we will not receive your parcel and it will be returned to you.)

The package and the proof of purchase should be included in the package with the product as they are part of the product.

You will need to provide us with the IBAN or bank account, the name of the beneficiary and the bank of the account you would like us to make the refund to.

Shipping costs will be deducted from the deposit amount.

The refund has costs of €3 if sent by Geniki taxydromiki or ELTA courier (Regards the transport costs of the return). The refund concerns only the value of the products and the amount will be deposited within ten working days, from the receipt of the return parcel, to the bank account you have indicated to us.
